Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a notified body to monitor the performance of local Government transferred State powers on education and organisation of the administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic, assisted in the preparation of the programme and organization of its training of municipal employees.
On the topic as lecturers to provide practical material and existing legislation on training courses will be made by the Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.m. Ibâtov and head of Department of legal support and control in the sphere of activity of bodies of local self-government, A.a. Podtelkov.
During the educational process will address the current issues of the programme, concerning in particular the legal status of the administrative commissions, the order of consideration of cases on administrative offences, organizing and conducting preventive activities. Curriculum also includes practical sessions involving exchanges of experience responsible Secretaries of administrative commissions.
