At the Committee meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State building and local self-government

Today, November 20, 2012, the Committee held a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State building and local self-government, on which the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, S. Stolyarov, presented a draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to articles 3 and 4 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan".
A Bill is due to transition from paper-based to electronic to improve interaction between structures at various levels.
The national register is part of the Federal Register. This fact necessitates compliance with the provisions of the national law governing the Organization and maintenance of the register, the requirements to the point of the Federal Register and order information from the register, as defined in the Federal Register of municipal regulations, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10.09.2008 No. 657 on the Federal Register of municipal regulations.
Specified according to item 5 Of the register is kept in electronic form.
Adoption of the proposed Bill will reduce the costs of both the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan (formation, storage space) and municipalities (paper, transportation costs), which in turn would lead to budgetary savings.
