Study of the Organization and the State of work on crime prevention in the Bavlinskom and Nurlatskom municipalities

In order to study the Organization and State of work on crime prevention in the municipal areas of the Working Group of the Government Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan for crime prevention under the leadership of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Kurmanova from 20 November 22, 2012, conducted by field validation in Bavlinskom and complex Nurlatskom of the municipal districts of the Republic.
During the event tested pursuant to the local government areas of the comprehensive programme for the prevention of offences in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2014, as well as the activities of local government bodies to prevent abuse of alcoholic beverages, beer, tobacco and healthy lifestyle among the population in the Republic of Tatarstan
Members of the Working Group, composed of representatives of different ministries and departments, explored the work of crime prevention in municipalities in selected areas of activity, in accordance with the approved plan-job.
In accordance with the law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 30.12.2005. No. 144-EEA "to give local government municipal districts and urban districts of public authority of the Republic of Tatarstan on education and organisation of the administrative commissions under this due diligence experts reviewed the Department's administrative commissions of the above-mentioned areas.
Studied organization of local government for the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and municipal projects of normative legal acts.
As a result of inspections under the supervision of the Minister of Justice M.m. Kurmanov and Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.m. Ibâtova held meetings where results of inspections and are solutions to the existing shortcomings in the work of prevention.
In addition, in order to provide legal assistance to the population in these municipalities the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has organized a personal reception of citizens.
