At the meeting of the Expert Council

On a draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to article 3.2 of the code of administrative offences of the Republic of Tatarstan ", comments had been received from the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. After discussion, the Bill was approved, taking into account the comments of the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, and will be introduced by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
Draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to ecological code of the Republic of Tatarstan and amending articles 7.3 and 8.1 of the code of administrative offences of the Republic of Tatarstan "sent back for revision.
