On planning of law project work in year 2013

Today, December 13, 2012 onwards, at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue identification policy approaches for planning the legislative work of the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was attended by representatives of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the apparatus of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Legal Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The analysis of legislative work of the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan and the legislative activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, a Republic in recent years has repeatedly exceeded the number of laws in relation to planned.
In the light of the foregoing, the meeting discussed the desirability of introducing a quarterly (or other period) for planning of legislative work of the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Given that the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan is a specific order of entering in Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers draft laws (coordination with the concerned bodies and organizations, legal review by the Department of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, agreed members of the Expert Council, the Interagency Coordinating Committee for approval of Legal Affairs), the introduction of a quarterly planning legislative work of the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan and the legislative activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan we believe it inappropriate.
