Regular meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

On the illegal construction of apartment houses on land intended for individual housing construction, presentations were made by the representatives of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan City Executive Committee, the inspection of State construction supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan and the public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In addition to these issues, the Committee considered the draft federal law "on introducing amendments to article 26 of the Federal law on fisheries and the conservation of aquatic biological resources, amending the code of administrative offences and the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on creating forensic sections and posts as justices of the peace in the Republic of Tatarstan, on amendments to article 3.2. All of these bills are approved and recommended for inclusion in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
