To provide guidance and advice to the local authorities in Novosesminskom district of the Republic of Tatarstan

December 14, 2012, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Republican Commission on minors Affairs and protection of their rights at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, to provide guidance and advice to the local self-government bodies left at Novosheshminsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Working visit to the area was headed by the Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs M. M. Ibatov.
In a working visit, held a meeting with the head of the Novosesminskogo municipal district V. M. Kozlov, heads of villages and workers of institutions of local government district, which were made by the head of a single bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan E.m. Averyanova responsible Secretary and Republican Commission on minors ' Affairs of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan I.kh Garifullina.
In his speech, E.m. Averyanova described the practice of forming and maintaining a municipal Register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The relevance of the issue of the transition from paper to electronic, as well as taking into account the evolving practice of the municipal register of legal acts of other subjects of the Russian Federation were set out provisions of the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan", prepared by the Ministry of justice.
In a speech also touched on the typical violations of the law committed by local authorities of municipalities of the Republic in the direction of its acts to be included in the municipal Register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
