On the audit of the integrated activities of the Republican anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 years in Kamsko-Ustinskom municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

December 18, 2012, employees of the Department of information and analysis, coordination and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan made the loco Integrated Republican anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 years in Kamsko-Ustinskom municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The audit examined the implementation of the programme activities of the local government area, in particular activities aimed at ensuring the effective functioning of the Commission under the head of the anti-corruption Commission on compliance to the official conduct of municipal employees and resolving conflicts of interest.
In addition, the inspection focused on the design characteristics of new points Program, made in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 13.03.2012 № 297 on the national plan of action against corruption by 2012-2013 years and amendments to certain acts of the President of the Russian Federation to fight corruption".
Participated in this event, the representative of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on legal issues, with which the Organization examined the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and municipal projects of normative legal acts.
Also reviewed the activities of the Administrative Commission.
As part of the audit recommendations on execution of the programme, the Assistant Head of the anti corruption Garifullinu Z.n., responsible person for the prevention of corruption and other violations of law A.g. Gabidullinoj and responsible person for conducting the corruptibility expert review by M. A. Bisârinoj.
