Departure to Atninsky municipal district

Yesterday, on the 17th of January, 2013, experts from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan went in the Atninsky municipal area in order to provide guidance and advice to the local government area.
Working trip was led by Deputy Minister of Justice - Head of the organization of interaction with the local authorities on legal issues of the Ministry of Justice M.M. Ibyatov. Conducted a working meeting with the deputy head of the municipal area Atninskogo A.F. Kayumova, heads of rural settlements and services concerned district to discuss issues of the formation and maintenance of the Register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan, and on typical violations of legislation allowing local authorities municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the direction of their acts to the Register of municipal regulations Republic of Tatarstan.
Speaking at the meeting, head of the bank's common regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan E.M. Averyanova enounced conditions of the Law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan " on the municipal register of legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, and noted the importance of the joint work of the Ministry and local authorities in terms of the formation and maintenance of the Register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the discussion of the issues at the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice M.M. Ibyatov and Chief Legal Service specialist of the Council of municipalities Republic of Tatarstan A.R. Khusainov. During the visit the Deputy of minister M.M. Ibyatov held personal reception of citizens.
