The mobile consulting group of experts was received in the Verhneuslonskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

Yesterday, January 22, 2013, there was the first meeting in this year when the specialists of the mobile consulting group came to the Verhneuslonskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide free legal assistance to the residents of rural areas.
As usual, the advisory group of experts consisted of 12 ministries and agencies. Reception was held in Kuralovskiy and Makulovskiy rural areas. Not only the residents of these villages but also people from 4 other settlements asked the experts for legal assistance. As a result, 79 rural residents received free competent legal assistance on the spot.
Statistically, people of retirement age are the most active appliers for legal aid. There was the same situation in the Verkhneuslonskiy district. Among 79 people who applied there are 30 pensioners, 16 employees, 9 workers and 9 unemployed.
Most questions were related to the pension legislation, including length of service, special experience for superannuation, with additional payments to the pension.
More often elderly people interested in the registration of gift agreements, privatization, sale, registration of ownership of real estate and land, inheritance and wills.
During the reception the representative of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Amirova V.A. consulted 16 citizens. Leading adviser of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan R.M.Valeev helped to solve a number of practical issues to 11 residents. People treated for non-receipt of subsidy, maternity capital, the title of "Hero of Labour", etc. A lot of questions during the reception were addressed to notaries, lawyers, professionals of Rosreestr, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations and the Ministry of Education and Science.
Positive point of reception in rural areas is in the fact that the advisory group applied for the information into their territorial subsidiary using the mobile communications to solve problems requiring rapid resolution, found the solutions on the spot and took the matter under control.
As surgical intervention destroys bureaucratic set up, the residents willingly trust Kazan experts.
With specialist of mobile advisory group providing free legal assistance to residents the deputy head of the municipal district Verkhneuslonskiy S.V.Osyanin and head of the legal department of the Verkhneuslonskiy Council N.V.Pichugina participated in the reception.
