On training courses for state and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan

On January 29, 2013 was held the opening of training courses for state and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan on the program "Public policies to combat corruption. Anti-corruption expertise of legal acts". The opening ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S.N.Stolyarov and the training program addressed the audience with a lecture "on the main activities and competence of the federal authorities and the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the fight against corruption."
Professional development of civil and municipal servants of the republic is conducted according with the program of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2010-2013 years approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on 23 August 2010.
In his lecture, speaker told of legal regulation in the sphere of the main directions of anti-corruption, the competence and authority of the federal bodies of state power, bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and the local authorities in combating corruption, stressing the importance of the Integrated Republican antikorrutsionnoy program for 2012-2014 years. S.N.Stolyarov in his speach noted about social danger of corruption offenses, compromising public authorities at all levels, and the certainty of penalties for corruption of state and municipal employees.
