About administrative responsibility for disposal of low-quality fuel

January 31, 2013 at the session of the State Council parliamentarians considered draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 14.43 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations”, developed in order to strengthen the administrative responsibility for selling of substandard engine fuel products (motor petrol, diesel fuel).
Proposed law was represented by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Kurmanov.
The draft law proposes to establish administrative responsibility for the recurrent administrative offense during the year, as provided for by the 1 and 2 parts of Article 14.43 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.
The requirements for fuel characteristics set by the regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 27, 2008 № 118 “On approvals of technical regulations “On requirements for automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and petroleum pitch” and the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union on October 18, 2011 № 826 “On Adoption of the technical regulations of the Customs Union” “ On requirements for automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and petroleum pitch”.
The legislative initiative of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was maintained at the session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and took the decision to send the specified draft law to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and appointed official authorities the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Kurmanov Midhat Mazgutovich and deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Abubakirov Rishat Fazlutdinovich.
