Сollegium meeting of the Ministry of of Justice of the RT «On the legislation procedure of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan»

Today, The First Deputy Minister of Justice S.N.Stolarov, at the collegium meeting in the assembly hall of the Ministry , made a report “On the legislation procedure of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
On the discussed issues were made the reports by Head of the draft legislation work department of the Ministry A.R.Karimova and by Head of the Legal Department of the Cabinet of the RT, the collegiums member R.F.Gafiyatullin.
In the collegiums adopted resolution noted that last year the executive authorities constantly worked to improve the legal and regulatory framework of the republic and completely implemented the plan of legislative drafting activities of the Cabinet of the RT.
In addition to planned work there was extraordinary activity, particularly, a number of important draft legislations and adoption of acts of the Government, essential for the full-fledged legal regulation of social relations in the republic.
Executive authorities, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice effectively fulfill anti-corruption expert testing of the draft regulatory legal acts.
Evaluated the rule-making activities of the executive authorities over the past year in general as positive, the collegium focuses attention to the revealed omissions, outlining specific measures in order to eliminate them.
In the collegium took part representatives of the State Council, the State Legal Department of the President of the RT, chief executives and specialist of the legal services of the executive authorities of Tatarstan.
