The Article of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Kurmanov in the «Migratory Right» magazine

«Migratory Right» magazine (N. 4,2012g. ) published an article of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) M.M.Kurmanov under the head-line “Is the Constitution of the Russian Federation fulfilled creating special establishments for the maintenance of foreign citizens by territorial authorities of the Russian Federation? The Federation Council of the Russian Federation protected legitimate rights of territorial authorities of the Russian Federation”.
The article is devoted to consideration of currently important problem connected with the creation by territorial authorities of the Russian Federation of special establishments for the maintenance of foreign citizens and stateless persons. The norms established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, by the federal legislation and the legislation of authorities of the Russian Federation on this problem are analyzed.
