Providing methodological and advisory assistance to local governments of Kaybitsky district of Tatarstan

February 15, 2013 the staff of the Department of interaction with the local authorities on legal issues of the Ministry of Justice and the Department of the single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Justice went to Kaybitsky municipal district of Tatarstan in order to provide guidance and advice to the local government area.
Led a group of experts, Deputy of Minister of Justice, Head of the organization of interaction with the local authorities on legal issues of the Ministry of Justice M.M.Ibyatov.
As part of the event held a working meeting with the head of the Kaybitsky municipal district A.I.Rahmatullina, deputy head of the district R.R.Hayalieva, heads of rural settlements and secretaries of rural executive committees to discuss issues of the formation and maintenance of the Register of municipal regulations of the Republic Tatarstan, and about the typical violations of the law that allow local government municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the direction of the regulations to the Register of the municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Together with the deputy head R.R.Khayaliyev and with the prosecutor of the region I.M.Gayanov participants of meeting discussed the questions concerning adoption of municipal regulations and their placement on an official site of the region, and also carrying out anti-corruption expertise and the direction of these acts with the deputy head R.R.Khayaliyev for inclusion in the Register of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In preparation for the meeting, Department staff conducted an analysis of the individual activities of the local government area, the basis of which recommendations were made for the organization of the administrative commission of the area, as well as explanations related to the anti-corruption expertise of municipal regulations and their projects, and the adoption necessary measures to prevent and combat religious extremism in the Republic of Tatarstan.
During a working trip deputy minister M.M.Ibyatov carried out personal reception of the population in the territory of the area.
