At the meeting of Expert Council

Yesterday, February 19, 2013, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting of Expert Council took place, on which 9 legislative drafts were considered, from which 1 project of the federal law and 2 legislative draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were exclude from consideration, in particular, the project of the federal law "About modification of articles 50 and 76 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation" in connection with that, in the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation there is a number of legislative drafts, already ( № 149886-6 "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation for improvement of the migratory legislation and responsibility for its violation" – which were accepted in the first reading, No. 200753-6 "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation") which already contain similar provisions;
legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About education" as in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan the interdepartmental working group on development of the legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About education" is created;
the legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About folk artistic trades and handicrafts” because this legislative draft completely duplicates provisions of the Federal law of December 25, 2012 No. 256-FZ "About modification of the Federal law " About folk artistic craft ".
The legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of separate legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" is sent to completion.
After discussion the following legislative drafts were approved:
the draft of the federal law "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation" (regarding modification of the criminal code of Russian Federation and the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences) (repeatedly);
the draft of the federal law "About modification of article 170-1 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation" (repeatedly);
the legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification the second article of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of restricting the time of retail of alcoholic products in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan";
the legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About physical culture and sport".
On the legislative draft of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About regional standards of payment of living accommodation and utilities in the Republic of Tatarstan" comments of the Presidential State Legal Department of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the explanatory note are received. After discussion the legislative draft was approved taking into account completion of the above remarks and will be submitted for consideration of Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal questions.
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Kurmanov held the meeting of Expert Council.
