About verification of implementation of activities of the Comprehensive republican anti-corruption program for 2012-2014 in the Tyulyachinsky municipal area

On February 19, 2013 the staff of department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Tyulyachinsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected execution of actions of the Comprehensive republican anti-corruption program for 2012-2014. The organization of activity of the administrative commission of the area was studied by the representative of department of legal support and control in a field of activity of local governments of Department of the Ministry within powers of the Ministry.
During check questions of functioning of the anti-corruption commission were considered at the head of the area, the commission on observance of requirements to office behavior and a settlement of conflicting interests, questions of the organization of carrying out anti-corruption examination, and also course of execution of other program actions.
The persons responsible for carrying out anti-corruption actions in local governments, the secretary of the administrative commission of the district were provided with the recommendations about work improvement.
Preliminary results of check and the general recommendations about improvement of activity of local governments of the Tyulyachinsky area in the sphere of counteraction of corruption are brought to the deputy head of the area Fatkhullina A.G.
Following the results of check it will be possible to study the reference on a site of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the subsection "Control of Execution of the Comprehensive Republican Anti-corruption Program for 2012-2014" of the section "Corruption Counteraction".
