At the meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

21 February 2013 was a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Kurmanov.
The meeting summed up the work of the Public Council in 2012. According to the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan public councils of the executive power of the Republic is recognized as one of the best in 2012.
At the meeting of the Public Council identified areas of the Council in 2013, there was discussion of problematic issues requiring legal evaluation.
This year, is growing the role of community councils, formed by the executive branch. In accordance with paragraph 8 of the Rules of disclosure federal authorities information about the preparation of draft regulations and the results of their public comments, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 25, 2012 № 851, the Public Council is entitled to determine the list of draft regulations developer, the general term public discussion of which may not be less than 60 calendar days. A number of draft regulations will be subject to public comment.
At the suggestion of a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, N.M. Pruss, the next meeting of the Public Council will be held in the University of Management "TISBI".
