For legal and methodological support to the organs of local self-government of the Vysokogorsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

March 12, 2013, the staff of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, to provide legal and methodological support municipalities met with local government officials the Vysokogorsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Considering the earlier conducted an analysis of individual activities of the local Government Department staff gave a number of recommendations, in particular on the Organization of work of the Administrative Commission, the anti-corruption expertise of municipal regulations and their projects, take the necessary measures to prevent and combat religious extremism in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In accordance with the provisions of law in force in the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.02.2013 No. 9-the EEA on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on giving the local governments of the municipality of the city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan public powers on determining the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences", the Department has provided advice on determining the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences.
