Provision of legal assistance to local government Buinskogo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

March 15, 2013, the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibatov and Department staff left in Buinsky district of Tatarstan with the municipality to provide methodological and advisory assistance to local government district.
As part of the event was held a workshop with the participation of Deputy Head of District V.N. Yegorov, a Deputy Prosecutor Gizzatullina, R.A. rural settlements and Secretaries of village executive committees to discuss issues relating to the adoption of a municipal legal acts and their posting on the official website of the district as well as the anti-corruption expertise and direction data for inclusion in the register of the municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In order to provide free legal assistance to the population in the town of Buinsk, the Deputy Minister of Justice M.M Ibatov held a personal reception of citizens in the course of which clarifications on issues of concern to them.
During the working visit specialists of the Department have provided advice on determining the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences in accordance with the provisions of law in force in the Republic of Tatarstan of 04.02.2013 No. 9-the EEA on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on giving the local governments of the municipality of the city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan public powers on determining the list of officialsauthorised to make up protocols on administrative offences ".
