On the meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Committee

March 14, 2013 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
Agenda of the meeting of the Committee included 7 questions.
On the first question on the results of the monitoring of judicial proceedings to challenge the rateable value of the land was made by the representative of the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the second question on the draft federal law on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation "(as part of the enhanced monitoring of the construction of individual houses) was made by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.m. Kurmanov. The Minister noted that the above-mentioned draft federal law to support the Ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation had not received because the Federal Executive Body had already started work on the preparation of proposals to amend the regulations providing for a mechanism for arranging activities for individual housing construction.
In view of the foregoing, the Committee decided to withdraw from consideration of the Bill.
In addition to these issues, the members of the Committee reviewed drafts of federal laws "on amendments to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation" on amending the article 17 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, a draft law on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the limits of the judicial sections of the Magistracy of the Republic of Tatarstan for Agryzskomu district, Republic of Tatarstan, on amending article 2 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on the establishment of time limits retail sale of alcohol products on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan ", On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on physical culture and sports".
All of these bills are approved and recommended for inclusion in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
