The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is planning a series of training for local government officials responsible for the preparation of protocols on administrative offences, the Chairmen and Executive Secretaries of administrative commissions of municipalities, which will be held by videoconference involving all regions of the Republic.
Yesterday, April 3, 2013 year, held its first session, which was opened by the Minister of Justice M.m. Kurmanov.
The need for training caused the adoption of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on giving the local governments of the municipality of the city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan Government powers to define the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences".
In accordance with the above-mentioned Act of public authority of the Republic of Tatarstan, by definition, the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences, given local governments of all municipal districts and urban districts in the Republic of Tatarstan. Prior to the adoption of the Act of the Republic of Tatarstan, the gospolnomočiâmi were given only local governments of the municipality of the city of Kazan.
First class held a Deputy Head of the Organization of administrative legislation policing Organization Management and interaction with the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and the local authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Police Lieutenant-Colonel A. A. Karimov, who went over the basics of proceedings on administrative offences and on the procedure for drawing up reports on administrative offences.
Following studies with local government officials on the protocols on administrative offences is planned for the third decade of April 2013.
