Study on preparation of Commissioners protocols on administrative offences

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan are continuing training for local government officials responsible for the preparation of protocols on administrative offences.
Classes were held today on "the practice of drawing up reports on administrative offences".
Classes opened by the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibatov.
With a view to sharing experiences and working with 2010 years of practice protocols of administrative offences for presentation on the question under discussion was the head of the Legal Department of the Office of administration and technical inspection of Kazan N.M. Gulmagomedova.
In his speech he talked about the requirements of legislation required protocols on how to notify persons in respect of whom the proceedings are issued, on still photography. Special attention was paid to the issues related to the significant shortcomings of the Protocol on administrative violation and typical errors that are permitted in their drafting.
