On July 27, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 16, 2021 came into force No. 51-ZRT "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On granting local self-government authorities of Municipal Districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with separate state Powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to calculate and provide Subventions to the budgets of settlements that are part of the municipal district for the implementation of powers to carry out primary military registration in territories where there are no military commissariats" (hereinafter – Law No. 51-ZRT).
Clarifying changes were made to the title of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 78-ZRT of December 11, 2006, the preamble and a number of articles.
Law No. 51-ZRT amended the provisions regulating the state powers conferred on local self-government authorities, the procedure for calculating subventions provided to the budgets of municipal districts, the rights and obligations of local self-government authorities in the exercise of state powers, the rights and obligations of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the exercise of state powers by local self-government bodies, control over the exercise of state powers transferred to them by local self-government authorities, conditions and procedure for termination of the exercise by local self-government bodies of the state powers transferred to them.
