The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin and Deputy Minister Nadezhda Ragozina took part in the meeting of the chairmen of the courts of Tatarstan in Chistopol.
The meeting was held in the cultural and entertainment center "Chistay", during which the results of the work of the courts of the republic for the first half of this year were summed up.
Rustem Zagidullin made a report "Results of work for the 1st half of 2021". In his speech, the Minister noted that in order to create decent conditions for the administration of justice, the Ministry annually conducts major and ongoing repairs in the buildings of the judicial precincts of magistrates, and also added that major repairs are continuing in four buildings that include 9 magistrates ' offices and repair work will be completed by the end of the year.
In addition, as part of improving the level of professional competencies of justices of the peace and their staff, the Ministry annually organizes advanced training and retraining courses for newly appointed justices of the peace, including short-term courses on the topic "The Tatar language in judicial proceedings".
The Minister also said that the implementation of electronic justice and automation of activities remains a priority. The main task is to connect magistrates to the state automated system "Justice" , the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and videoconferencing, as well as receiving claims in electronic form.
At the meeting, a traditional solemn ceremony of awarding representatives of the judicial community and the best employees of the court apparatus took place. Rustem Zagidullin presented Letters of Thanks from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to Radik Karimov, Justice of the Peace of the judicial district No. 4 in the Chistopolsky Judicial District of the Republic of Tatarstan and Ilshat Lutfullin, senior specialist of the Department for ensuring the activities of magistrates.
