On implementation of the Complex of the Republican anti-corruption program for 2012-2014 in Alekseevsky district and Ministry of youth of RT

Employees of the Department of information and analysis, coordination and planning of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the execution of Complex Republican anti-corruption program for 2012-2014 years in Alekseevsky municipal region and the Ministry of youth Affairs, sports and tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the course of inspections was studied the work on implementation of anti-corruption activities under the national anti-corruption program. In particular, there were considered the issues of functioning of anti-corruption commissions, commissions on compliance with the code of conduct and the settlement of conflict of interests, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and draft normative legal acts and other issues on implementation of program activities.
In addition, according to the requirements of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 4 April 2013 № 225 «About the approval of the Uniform requirements for the placement and content of the sections of official sites of state Executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network «Internet» on combating corruption» the information contained in the «anti-corruption» on the official website of Alekseevsky municipal district and the Ministry of youth Affairs, sports and tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of youth Affairs, sports and tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan along with the General issues of implementation of the programme were considered special events were considered special events, the execution of which is under the Ministry of the allocation of funds from the budget of the Republic.
