On examination of the work on prevention of offences in Kukmor and Sabinsky municipal regions of Tatarstan

21-22 may 2013 members of the working group of the Governmental Commission of Republic Tatarstan on crime prevention studied the organization and status of work on prevention of offences in Kukmor and Sabinsky municipal regions of Tatarstan.
For the decision of organizational questions in connection with the upcoming visits to areas in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held an organizational meeting of the members of the working group of the Governmental Commission, chaired by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the working group M.M. Kurmanov.
At the meeting was the Executive Secretary of the Governmental Commission of Republic Tatarstan on crime prevention V. Salimov, which has set the members of the working group and targets, and announced the matters requiring the special attention in studying the work on prevention of offences.
In the field audit, members of the working group examined the state of organization of activity of organs of local self-government on the execution of the above-mentioned areas on execution of the Complex program on prevention of offences in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 – 2014 years, and for the prevention of abuse of alcoholic beverages, beer, tobacco and healthy lifestyles among the population in the Republic of Tatarstan.
In addition, the members of the working group, comprised of representatives from different ministries and departments, according to the approved plan of reference, conducted an inspection of activity of subjects of crime prevention and its separate areas.
In the framework of this event the specialists of the Ministry of justice carried out an inspection of the activities of administrative commissions of the district, studied the organization of local government activity on conducting the anticorruption expertise of municipal normative acts and draft municipal regulatory legal acts.
According to the results of the study of the organization and status of work on prevention of infringements in both areas, there was discussion of the results of the inspections, during which recommendations to address deficiencies in the operation of crime prevention.
In discussing the results of activities conducted participated the Deputy Minister - head of the Department for organization of interaction with local authorities on legal Affairs of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan М.М. Ibyatov Executive Secretary of the Governmental Commission of Republic Tatarstan on crime prevention V. Salimov and head of the organization of protection of public order and cooperation with Executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local authorities M.Zaripov.
