Seminar for municipal officials and employees of the legal services of the institutions of local government

May 23, 2013 years in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a training seminar for municipal officials and employees of the legal services of the local self-administration bodies of the Republic, which considered questions about State cadastral recording capital construction projects; representation at the State registration of rights to real estate and transactions therewith; issuance of information from the unified State Register of rights to real estate and transactions with it. Training was held by videoconference involving all regions of the Republic.
Topics of the seminar was not chosen by chance. Conducting of training seminars organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, pursuant to the Protocol of the enlarged meeting of the Collegium of the year January 31, 2013, held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov.
Opened the seminar classes, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies M.M. Ibâtov. In his speech, he pointed to the relevance of the issues for local authorities, which require not only discuss but also solutions.
