Meeting of the Certification Board of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, May 30, 2013 years in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan met Certification Commission of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The certification, according to the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, 15 were admitted from State civil servant staff justices of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The public civil servant law required certain qualifications. These include requirements to the level of professional education, length of service or civilian service (experience) work on speciality, professional knowledge and skills required to perform job responsibilities.
In the course of appraisal of civil servants of the justices of the peace, members of the Commission evaluated the conformity of training qualified public servants, as well as implementing attestuemym their duties prescribed by official regulations.
Certification enables you to identify the most promising public servants to further advance their careers; Guide for retraining and professional development of civil servants whose performance is questionable, and under certain conditions to dismiss public servants, not relevant.
The voting members of the Review Board ruled that all authorized for certification of civil servants of the Magistracy of the Republic of Tatarstan are civil service posts to be substituted, 4 of them-provided training.
