New in legislation
On January 7, 2022, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 106-ZRT dated December 27, 2021 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On State Awards of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter – Law No. 106-ZRT) came into force.
Law No. 106-ZRT updated the list of medals and orders of the Republic of Tatarstan, also introduced a new medal - the medal "Parental Valor". This medal is awarded to parents (adoptive parents) - citizens of the Russian Federation who are in a registered marriage, or a parent (adoptive parent) - a citizen of the Russian Federation, in the event of the death of one of the parents (adoptive parents) or declaring him dead, who are raising or have raised seven or more children in accordance with the requirements of family legislation, if there is at least one minor child.
Law No. 106-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on December 27, 2021.
