At a meeting on cadastral valuation of land

June 5, 2013, the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held its regular meeting on cadastral valuation of land, which was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The relevance of the topic stems from lawsuits, the cadastral value of land.
In the search for solutions to the issues discussed by representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan have prepared information on the Organization of participation in trials related to the cadastral value of land, as well as to initiate discussion of current problems in the protection of the interests of local authorities in these cases. Besides, the specialists of the Ministry of Justice informed the meeting about the evolving jurisprudence and legislation relating to the taxation of the novels.
In discussions at the workshop, attended by representatives of the Executive Committees of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the presentations by specialists of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, they asked their questions on the topic, as well as on taxation.
