At a meeting of the Universiade Flame in Penza

Day after day nears opening day of XXVII World Summer Universiade to be held in the city of Kazan, capital of Tatarstan with the 17 July 2013 6.
25 January, on the day of Russian students, started a Fire of the Universiade torch relay segment. Moving from the East to the West of the country, the route passes through the largest Fire of the Universiade student centers of Russia. At every town in Russia, where the route passed the baton to Fire, the event has become a holiday not only for fans, athletes, students and all citizens. The representative of Tatarstan and participant in the ceremony of the Universiade torch relay stage Fire in Penza became the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia M.M. Kurmanov.
At the ceremony, dedicated to this event, was attended by head of the city of Penza Y.P. Alpatov, head of the city administration of Penza Penza R.B. Chernov, Rector of the State University, Gulyakov, A.D.
The Universiade flame will travel to the next town the route Relay – Saratov, then to Samara, Orenburg and Ufa. The relay will end July 6, 2013 in Kazan, the opening of the XXVII Summer Universiade.
