Attestation in the apparatus of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan

June 13, 2013 years in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan met Certification Commission of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to a list approved by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, to certification have been approved 11 State civil servant of the apparatus of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the Evaluation Commission members heard public servants subject to certification, and, having reviewed the evidence, assessed the knowledge of a civil servant and his professional skills.
In view of the experience and quality of the marking, as well as the achievement of objectives and results, members agreed on the conformity or non-conformity of a civil servant to be substituted.
The voting members of the Review Board adopted the following decision: all authorized for certification of civil servants of the Magistracy of the Republic of Tatarstan are civil service posts to be substituted, 7 of them employees of the justices are subject to a continuing education course.
The session was presided by the administrator of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Vice-President of the Commission of S.A. Brusov. In the Commission's independent experts participated, M.H. Minfaik, V.P. Gančurin.
