Of withdrawal land and granting them privileges

June 19, 2013, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanov held a meeting to discuss the issue of withdrawal land and granting them privileges in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation "about the preparation and consideration of applications for exemption of land necessary for the conduct of activities connected with the use of mineral resources, as well as making decisions about their retirement."
Discussions took place with the participation of representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, open joint-stock company "Tatneft", the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting discussed the mechanism of withdrawal land necessary for the conduct of activities connected with the use of the subsurface, and granting them privileges in accordance with the above-mentioned decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as decision-making on land necessary for the conduct of activities connected with the use of subsoil plots.
The meeting made a decision: to consider all possible options and to seize the land and provide them to oil companies.
