On the eve of the celebration of the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan today organized the provision of free legal assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, combatants and their families in the cultural and leisure complex named after V.I. Lenin (Kazan, Kopylova str., 2A).
"Providing free legal assistance to residents of our republic is one of the primary tasks facing the Ministry of Justice. Holding days of free legal aid has already become a good tradition. As a rule, we try to organize such events on the eve of memorable, significant dates: International Day of the Elderly, Day of the Disabled. So, today's event is timed to the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War," First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov said.
Many issues of concern to veterans concerned inheritance, land and housing legislation, social and pension provision.
A resident of Kazan turned to a lawyer with a land issue. Inna Petrovna (name and patronymic changed) faced the problem of the lack of access roads to her plot, since it is surrounded by neighboring garden plots from 4 sides. During the reception, possible solutions to the problem were discussed. In particular, the preparation of documents for further transfer to the court or to a state authority.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan expresses its gratitude for the active participation in the event of the federal and republican authorities, the authorities of the bar and notary, as well as the leadership of the cultural and leisure complex named after V.I. Lenin.
