In the program «Novoye Utro» on the TV channel «Efir», the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilya Gomzik spoke about the new service «Free legal assistance», available in the application «Resident card of the Republic of Tatarstan».
Ilya Aleksandrovich noted that this service provides information on free legal assistance and provides the opportunity to apply electronically to the State Legal Bureau. This significantly simplifies the process of obtaining legal advice for citizens.
To start using the service, the user needs to download the application «Resident card of the Republic of Tatarstan» from the app store on their smartphone. The application is intuitive, which makes it easy to find the information you need.
According to the First Deputy Minister, responses to requests are provided by employees of the State Legal Bureau, not intermediaries. The citizen receives legal assistance on his issue to the e-mail address specified in the request.
«We understand that legal assistance is mostly needed urgently, so we make every effort to ensure a prompt response to citizens' requests», - Ilya Gomzik emphasized.
