At the meeting of the land seizure

June 25, 2013 years in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a workshop to discuss the decision making process of withdrawal land necessary for the conduct of activities connected with the use of mineral resources of local significance. In particular, the meeting discussed the mechanism of withdrawal land necessary for the conduct of activities connected with the use of mineral resources of local significance, as well as the procedure for the adoption of the relevant decisions of the competent authorities.
The question of withdrawal land and granting them privileges in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation "about the preparation and consideration of applications for exemption of land necessary for the conduct of activities connected with the use of mineral resources, as well as making decisions about their seizure" had already been discussed at a meeting at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of the open joint-stock company "Tatneft".
The Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, jointly with the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan to elaborate normative legal act on issues.
