1. "on amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The Bill was prepared in connection with the adoption of the Federal law "on amendments to articles 4 and 11 of the Federal law on fundamentals of the system for prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency", which envisages a revision of article defining the status and major powers of the commissions on minors ' Affairs and protection of their rights.
2. the Commissioner of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of entrepreneurs ' rights.
Bill has been drafted in accordance with the Federal law "on authorized for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation". Federal law provides for the establishment of the RF subjects of an Ombudsman in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as the basic principles of its activity.
3. "on amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on establishing the boundaries of the territories and the status of the municipality of Verkhneuslonsky municipal district and municipalities in its composition. "
The need to develop a draft Act is caused by the formation of Innopoli in Suburban rural settlement Vvedensko-Verhneuslonskogo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
4. amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on establishing the boundaries of the territories and the status of the municipality of Arsky district and city municipalities in its composition."
The need to develop the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on due to the renaming of the village of Ker-Haiwan, situated on the territory of Srednekorsinskogo rural settlement of the ARSK municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the village of Kurajvan.
5. on amendments to article 5 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the procedure for the publication and entry into force of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms".
Development of the project due to insufficient funds, ministries, State committees and agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, necessary for the media to publish acts.
In this regard, the project is invited to solve this problem, just as it solved at the federal level.
The draft law will significantly improve the efficiency of State bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan in the area of norm-setting and would not result in the allocation of funds from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
