On the verification of implementation of Comprehensive national anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 and the provision of legal assistance in the Sabinskoyu area

June 26, 2013, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, comprising of representatives from the Division of information and analysis, coordination and planning of single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on legal issues left in Sabinsky municipal district to provide advice and guidance to local authorities.
Employees of the Department of information and analysis, coordination and planning of A.A. and N.A. Bedengov Shakirova reviewed the performance of the integrated activities of the Republican anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 years.
The audit examined the functioning of the Commission under the head of the anti-corruption Commission on compliance to the official conduct and conflict of interest, the municipal district of anticorruption program studied, organization of anticorruption expertise, as well as the implementation of other programme activities.
Those responsible for conducting anti-corruption activities in local government area, recommendations were made to improve certain areas of anti-corruption work.
During the retreat activities head of single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan E.M. Averyanova studied the work of local governments, related to the selection and inclusion of municipal regulations of the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, to the heads of rural settlements were brought order and time frame in which the municipal normative legal acts shall be addressed to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register. In addition, technical assistance was provided for the selection of regulatory legal acts to be found in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Specialist of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies, legal O.V. Zahvatovoj work on the site of the municipal area and the settlements within its structure, which had made recommendations on the timely filling of site municipal legal acts adopted by local government district. During the retreat activities to employees of local self-government bodies were given oral consultations on issues of interest.
