In the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a code on municipal service

July 8, 2013 Code, entered into force in the Republic of Tatarstan on municipal service.
The code seeks to systematize existing normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan in the municipal service, ensuring the consistency of their rules and their updating, as well as increasing ease of enforcement.
The Code regulates relations in the sphere of organization of municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as in accordance with the federal laws defines conditions of municipal services municipal officials and legal status (status) of municipal employees in the Republic of Tatarstan, in particular, the code specifies the basic rights and duties of a municipal employee, restrictions and prohibitions related to municipal services, municipal employee wages, guarantees provided by the municipal clerk, municipal services and other issues.
The code also clarified how the municipal clerk shall provide information on income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of property nature.
The code does not define the status of Deputies, members of the elected bodies of local self-government, local elected officials, members of the electoral commissions of municipalities, acting on a constant basis and which are legal entities with the right to vote, the Chairman of the Authority's accounts of the municipality, as well as the Deputy Chairman and the Auditors of the accounts of the municipality if the Vice-Chair and the Auditors of the accounts of the municipality designated as a normative legal acts of the municipal offices of the representative body of the municipalitySince these individuals are not municipal employees.
