On current issues of the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan

Khasanova left in the city of naberezhnye chelny to advise local governments.
As part of the event was held a workshop with the participation of the Deputy chapter of municipal formation(education) "city of naberezhnye chelny F.I. Andreeva, head of Department of organizational-analytical and legal work Of the Mayor (City Council) Adgamovoj Hp, Chief of staff of the Executive Committee of the I.m. Ârullina, which discussed issues related to the adoption of regulatory legal acts, placing them on the official website of the municipality of anticorruption expertise and areas of data for inclusion in the register of the municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At a meeting involving the two sides discussed in detail with the typical violations of laws that allow local governments of municipalities, with their municipal acts for inclusion in the register.
Particular attention was drawn to the requirements of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" on directions in the municipal regulations to amend the Register, as well as to bring it into conformity with the law of municipal regulations, in which the contradictions.
In discussing the work of Ministry experts pointed to the need for timely dispatch of additional information to be included in the municipal register, in particular, acts of reaction of the Prosecutor's Office, judicial acts and regulations of the competition authorities.
Together with specialists from the region identified ways to further improve cooperation in the field of maintenance of the register of municipal acts.
