For 6 months of the year 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was continued focused work on coordination and enforcement regulatory activities of executive bodies of government power in the Republic of Tatarstan (including monitoring the conformity of draft normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan the federal legislation and the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan. in particular, an examination of 1269 draft normative legal acts;
We developed the draft normative legal Act 54, including 13 of draft federal laws, 11 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, 7 draft decrees of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, 17 draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, 6 draft orders of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
For the 6 months of this year, the Ministry of Justice organized corruptibility 720 projects of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, from them:
draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan-80;
draft decrees of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, 34;
draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan-606.
Corruption appear factors identified in 7 projects of normative legal acts and eliminated together with the developers.
In accordance with the plan of legislative activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan in the 1 half of 2013 year made 5 of draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan.
June 24, 2013 year Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers adopted regulations "on the authorized body to hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is of the order of the Minister of development of uniform definition designated or adapted for collective discussion of public issues and the public expression of moods, as well as for the massive presence of citizens for public expression of public opinion about the actual problems of socio-political character of mainly placeson the proposals of the municipalities.
In order to realize the guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan the right of citizens to receive free quality legal assistance in 2013, the Ministry had organized the work on developing the necessary draft regulations on the above subject. As a result of the work done, an appropriate legal framework is formed.
It should be recalled that November 2, 2012 year in Tatarstan passed a law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan". Within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of the Act, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a resolution "on measures on realization of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan ".
