On the participation of employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in arbitration courts

In accordance with Protocol No. 2 from 15.02.2013, the meeting of the Working Group on the elaboration of proposals for the optimization of tax payments associated with the results of the cadastral valuation of land changes in communities of the Republic of Tatarstan, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan shall take part in the arbitration proceedings, the subject of which is the determination of the market value of the land.
