Provide methodological and advisory assistance to local government Spassky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan

July 25, 2013 year specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on Legal Affairs and the Division of a single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left at Spassky municipal district with the aim of providing methodological and advisory assistance to local governments.
The team was headed by the Deputy Minister of justice – the head of the Organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibatov.
During a stint in the Ministry of a working meeting with participation of the Deputy chapter Spassky municipal district Gimatdinova, Assistant Head of M.S. Spassky municipal district on countering corruption, Chief of Kuporosova E.V. the organizational Department of the Spassky municipal district La Andronovoj, Chief specialist of the organizational Department of the Executive Committee of the Spassky municipal area M.P. Iren Khrustaleva, Executive Secretary of the Administrative Commission of R.N. Gimatdinovoj, M.M. Ibatov spoke about the changes in the law on local self-government, the need for normative legal acts adopted for the formation of the municipal register of normative legal acts and answered all the questions of local government officials.
During the retreat activities Deputy Minister M.M. Ibatov held a personal reception of population that answered the questions of citizens relating to housing, land, providing free treatment in health care institutions, debt payment for utility services and others.
In accordance with the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on empowering local government municipal districts and urban districts of public authority of the Republic of Tatarstan on the formation and organization of the administrative commissions of specialists of the Department" reviewed the activities of the Administrative Commission of the district. Also examined the activities of the local self-government bodies for the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and their projects. Official responsible for conducting the corruptibility expert review, recommendations were made to address the existing shortcomings.
Specialist single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry examined the work of local authorities in municipal regulations for inclusion in the register of the municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the work of the methodical help has been provided for selection of normative legal acts to be found in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the individual draft regulations explaining how to troubleshoot common errors and deficiencies the techno-legal nature. Particular attention was drawn to the development of local government administrative regulations, in which the largest number of errors are allowed.
