During the year, public authorities, including the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, transferred more than 200 state and municipal services to electronic form
Today, the final meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan "Digitalization of the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin. The representative of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Hidiyatullin took part in the work of the board.
"As part of the Year of Digitalization, announced by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice is introducing modern technological solutions into the activities of magistrates and the organization of free legal aid," the Minister said. "Today we are summing up the results of the implementation of the Ministry's digital transformation projects in 2022."
The main report on this topic was made by First Deputy Minister Ainur Galimov.
Currently, 185 state services of the executive bodies of state power of the republic and 74 municipal services have been transferred to electronic form.
The Ministry of Justice has organized work to provide support to the mobilized and their family members in electronic form for such life situations as: registration of a general power of attorney; provision of legal assistance to family members of the mobilized, participants of the SVO and their family members; provision of legal assistance in the event of the death of a participant of the SVO, the disappearance of the mobilized; write-off of financial and credit and other debt obligations.
The "Internet Portal of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan" has been modernized, which has acquired a modern design and new functionality. The main innovation on the Portal is a service called "Personal Account", which provides for simplification of the procedure for filing claims and complaints to magistrates in electronic form.
The introduction of digital tools is also taking place in the rule-making process. For example, in order to automatically transfer municipal acts and information about them from the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Register of Municipal Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, a virtual assistant robot RPA has been developed and implemented. For 11 months of 2022, 30,631 acts were included, of which more than 5 thousand by robot.
Separately, Ainur Galimov focused on the work on the creation and formation of a Unified state portal of legal education and free legal aid. According to the first Deputy Minister, the portal will make free legal assistance more accessible and provide citizens with systematized, relevant, reliable and easy-to-understand legal information.
At the end of the event, Rustem Zagidullin presented awards to a number of distinguished employees.
