Today, at a briefing in the Tatar-Inform news agency, the Minister of Justice spoke about the development and digitalization of world justice.
According to the Minister, the subprogram "Development of the Institute of World Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2022" has been adopted to organize the activities of magistrates and improve the conditions of employees of the magistrates' offices in the republic. During the period of its operation, the percentage of provision of courtrooms with courtrooms increased from 51% to 94.7%, and repair work was carried out in 87 buildings, including capital work in 33 buildings.
As part of the Year of Digitalization, announced by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice is introducing modern technological solutions into the activities of magistrates.
This year, electronic interaction of magistrates with the Federal Bailiff Service has been built. Since September 1, the possibility of exchanging information and documents with the Federal Bailiff Service through the channels of the interdepartmental electronic interaction system has been provided at all judicial precincts of magistrates. This allows magistrates to promptly send enforcement documents for enforcement, and also reduces the risks of forgery or loss of enforcement documents.
Since October 1, 2022, residents of the republic can send statements of claim, submit statements and objections in electronic form through the Portal of Magistrates of the republic.
"Such digital capabilities will speed up the processing of procedural documents. For participants in court cases, it is convenience and reduction of time and financial costs," the minister said.
