Legal assistance to the local governments of the suburban municipal district fish and of the Republic of Tatarstan

August 9, 2013 onwards in order to provide comprehensive legal assistance to local governments, as well as in accordance with the recommendations of the Board of the Republican Panel on countering corruption, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left in Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district, consisting of a single professional Bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Legal aid specialist division of a single bank sought to take account of the work in the normative legal acts to form a municipal register of normative legal acts. In turn, the Legal Department specialist examined the work of organs of local self-government on execution of the transferred State power to organize the activities of the administrative commissions.
At the same time, the staff of the Division to provide legal support to local governments familiarized themselves with the work of Assistant Head of the municipal area to fight corruption, the regulatory and legal base in the field of counteraction of corruption.
Due to the fact that the topical at the moment is the question of information disclosure system of the developed projects of normative legal acts, their public discussion, attention was also drawn to the enactment of the local government regulations with respect to organization and holding of public hearings.
The Deputy Head of the District R.I. Gilmanov held a meeting with local government officials, which are the directions. During the meeting, they pointed to the shortcomings and omissions and recommended to fix them.
