Provision of information and advisory legal assistance to local government Tukayevsky and the municipal districts of Tatarstan Vysokaya

To provide consultancy and information legal aid to local government-6 August 7, 2013 specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan went on a working trip in Vysokogorsky and Tukayevsky areas of the Republic.
The purpose of visiting the area – order of Chief of staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan U.Z. Kamaltynova explore the judicial acts on changes of land use permit "for agricultural production" to "doing gardening, gardening and country sectors" in the areas of the Republic.
In the course of studying the documents special attention paid Ministry experts on current problems in its consideration of the question. Together with lawyers to discuss appealing the District Court decisions, were given the necessary recommendations and drafted legal documents. Along with the request during the retreat activities discussed municipal legal acts, which identified factors and corruption appear taken to remedy them. Local governments were asked to expeditiously conduct anti-corruption expertise previously issued regulations to eliminate corruption.
Official responsible for conducting the corruptibility expert review in the Tukaevskom area, were made comments and proposals on the Organization of the examination.
During a visit to the Tukayevsky municipal area specialists of the Department have inspected the Administrative Commission of the district, as well as local government officials responsible for the preparation of protocols on administrative offences.
Administrative Commission audit identified weaknesses in the work of the Commission, which made recommendations to address them, as well as highlighted the need to intensify the work of designated officials to develop protocols on administrative offences.
