New legislation
By the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of April 7, 2023 № 427 amendments have been made to the Order of consideration of the projects of the territorial planning schemes, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of April 17, 2012 № 310.
The decree is aimed at simplification of the procedure for consideration of draft territorial planning schemes of two or more constituent entities of the Russian Federation, entities sharing a border with the Republic of Tatarstan, and territorial planning schemes of municipal formations of the Republic.
In particular, according to the amendments, the terms of approval of territorial planning projects are reduced, as well as the grounds for holding a conciliation meeting for elimination of existing disagreements are specified
