Internship for executive secretaries of administrative commissions
At the site of the Administrative Commission of Kazan another training session was held for the responsible secretaries of administrative commissions of Alkeevsky, Bugulminsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, and Tyulyachinsky municipal districts.
Yaroslav Elistratov, Head of the Legal Department of the Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Kazan City Executive Committee explained the procedure of administrative proceedings, completeness and quality of the materials and protocols on administrative offences.
Artem Goritsky, Head of the Division for Organising of the General Management of Administrative Cases of the Kazan City Executive Committee explained the peculiarities of reviewing administrative cases, procedure of the Administrative Committee meetings, sending out punishment decrees to offenders, monitoring of the execution of Administrative Committee resolutions.
Alfia Sagdeeva, a representative of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, explained the organization of administrative fine collection.
The interns were introduced to the work of the Administrative Commission of Kazan: they took part in the sessions as observers, studied the order of filing and forming cases. At the end of the traineeship there was a "round table" where the questions of the trainees were answered.
